Improvement On The Process Layout Of Manual Workshop Based On The Analysis Of Production Logistics

Because the production logistics and the process layout of the workshop is a kind of implicit cost, which is often ignored by the enterprise, but in fact this part of the cost value is very high. In this paper by taking production logistic analysis and facility layout design method for D company workshop manual production process layout, aim at sex, scientifically and systematically to the existing production layout of optimization process reengineering based on the above purpose, and the general content of the paper as follows:First of all, through the first and 2 chapter, the significance of this study, research methods, as well as the production of logistics and facilities layout of the relevant theory are described;Secondly, to D company workshop manual production as the research object, through the chapter 3 makes an analysis of the existing process layout. It is pointed out that the workshop is handling mechanization degree of automation is low, logistics channel is not smooth and clean purification at low level, as the breakthrough point for the process layout for further analysis to identify.Again, in order to meet the demand of equipment, position in relation to the unit of work and handling and cleaning methods aspects, carries on the system analysis. Due to the existing equipment could not meet the needs of target yield and need new equipment resources; and through analysis of the operation unit position, from a theoretical point of view, put forward operating units optimal placement; in fully considering the vapor, soaked section limit condition and mode of transport and clean conditions such as foundation, put forward two kinds of process layout optimization scheme.Finally, in combination with the specific characteristics of the product, through the technical and economic aspects of the two levels, the optimization of the layout of the two processes to make a comprehensive comparison. In more technical stage, take the distance between the logistics as the basis of comparison, and in the stage of economy through on the advantages and disadvantages of every solution, saving on production effect, labor costs, renovation costs for objective evaluation, the final selection of the optimal solution.Although the overall cost of renovation of the plant is relatively high, but from the future of the revenue and cost reduction point of view is still very worth learning from.
