Research On Third-Party Logistics Process Optimization Based On Lean Management Of Project In X Company

Lean Logistics Management Theory is based on Toyota’s lean production theory, and the core of the theory is to pursuit for ‘zero inventory’ in the premise of that does not reduce customer satisfaction index.The core of lean thinking is actually starting from input and output, and it emphasizes that we can use minimal input and create more value. It can ensure the quality of service to customer during the process and provide specific products to them precisely. From this process, it can be seen that hold value accurately is the key steps of this thinking, and then confirm the value flow of each product, finally combine the preserved process with the value creation process organically, and improve the work efficiency greatly.With the development of domestic logistics market, customer has got new ideas and requirements on third party logistics. We will find the complexity of the third party logistics operation and value-added services is increasing, and cost control efforts are also gradually strengthened. It is considered that the third party logistics industry is labor-intensive industry, and with their own high cost, these companies cannot accurately locate their own logistics service standards and methods. How to improve the efficiency of the third party logistics company and reduce the logistics cost will be more important.This thesis, at first, the author uses lean management, lean logistics and third party logistics company basic knowledge to explain the importance of lean management; After that, through the introduction of the third party logistics company implementation of lean logistics, together with the third party logistics company G company X project status analysis, the author described the existing problems of project operation; Finally, according to the analysis of the actual operational data, the author tried to optimize about five points like process management, site management, reservoir adjustment, function planning and operation management, and the author summarized the optimization of the third party logistics company based on the results of the lean logistics.This research of this article is not only a significant reference to other third party logistics company on how to implement the lean logistics, but also contributes values to improve their core competitiveness.
