In the modern society with an increasingly competitive market, there are some common problems to the traditional logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises is how to use the production resources effectively, reduce the production cost, avoid the waste and improve production efficiency, and through the pull mode of production to meet the multiple needs of the customers in time.In the technical and quality homogeneity of today. There has a serious situation in business. Domestic local manufacturing factory has newly built and put into operation. As a wholly owned by Singapore logistics equipment manufacturing enterprises named X company which was incorporated in 2012,it is necessary to solve the problem below, how to optimize the production process and improve the market competitiveness of enterprise under the condition of without any increase d investmentThis paper lists the problems of the company based on the theory of lean production, using the principles of value stream analysis of the main production to draw the present value stream and future value stream to identify problems existing in the company and around these defects to confirm the optimization scheme. Then use of lean production methods to improve workshop layout and production logistics, using the method of SLP and Kanban management means to optimize the production process. To make sure X Company is more effective in production resources, and improve labor productivity. Also it has a significance guiding for lean thinking used in logistics equipment manufacturing industry.
