Empirical Analysis And Policy Research On Shenyang Economic Region

On April6,2010, the national development and Reform Commission formallyapproved the Shenyang economic region as the eighth Chinese new industrializationpilot region for overall reform, and bring the new development opportunity to the eightcity. In order to realize the free flow of financial resources and improve the utilizationefficiency of financial resources, we must actively promote the Shenyang economicregion financial integration development.We analyzed the distribution of financial resources in the area of Shenyangeconomic region from a variety of channels, this paper found that the certain differencesexist in the distribution of financial resources in Shenyang economic region. This articleis from the angles on economic growth, industrial division of labor to prove theShenyang economic region finance integration’s necessity; from transaction cost,economic development level and economic structure’s similarity angles and so onproves the feasibility of the Shenyang economic region finance integrationdevelopment.We enriched the meaning of fund price, structured a brand-new evaluation indexsystem to evaluate the integration level of region finance development, and the use ofempirical method of real interest rates in the cities in Shenyang economic region, theproportion of floating interest rate, the availability of funds, non-performing loans offinancial institutions deposit and loan rate and local correlation index review andevaluation. The empirical results shows that the current Shenyang economic region ofliquidity problems, regional price differences of credit funds financial division problems.At present, the Shenyang economic region financial integration degree is low.Combining with the empirical analysis, we found that the reasons of Shenyangeconomic region financial integration implementation rate is not satisfactory. Finally,in order to promote the Shenyang economic region financial integration developmentgreatly, and make the main roles play fully. We have raised five effective suggestion inorder to promote the regional financial development.
