Research Of Finance Supporting The Undeveloped Regional Economic Development In Guangdong Province

The paper makes a systematic and comprehensive study on the problem of financial support for the economic development of the eastern,western and mountainous region in Guangdong Province.It explores deeply the present situation of economic and financial development of the eastern,western and mountainous region,analyzes the financial demands,financial supply,the main problem,the major restrictive factors of finance support for economic development in Guangdong Province's undeveloped region.and also puts forward specific suggestions to improve and strengthen financial support for the economic development of the eastern,western and mountainous region.The paper holds: First,comparative analysis of multiple indexes of GDP,the level of urbanization,per capita income,per capita consumption level shows that the development level of economy and finance in the eastern,western and mountainous region is still backward compare with the Pearl River Delta region,After the year of 2009.under the common action of policy guidance and market mechanism,the factors of material capital,human capital,more and more advanced technology into the eastern,western and mountainous region,promote economic development in undeveloped region,And the disparity is narrowing and the coordination degree is increasing.Second,transport infrastructure's financial demand,city expansion and quality improvement's financial demand,industrial transfer and Industrial Co-Construction's financial demand,industrial and upgrading's financial demand,agriculture industrialization's financial demand,growth dynamic conversion's financial demand are the main demands of eastern,western and mountainous region.The future should be based on these aspects as the focus,to support the revitalizing and developing the eastern,western and mountainous region.Third,the main problem inclues: the incomplete of financial organizational system,inequality of financial resources' distribution,low entering initiative of financial resources from the Pearl River Delta region to the eastern,western and mountainous region,and the intensity of local financial resources to support local economic development still need to further enhance,the financing channel is too single.Fourth,lack of scale effects,poor financial ecology,lesser credit approval authority and without correlative financialpolicy are the main reasons.The paper also suggests that: In order to promote the eastern,western and mountainous region's economy,the following measures should be taken: the government should guides the Pearl River Delta region's financial resources into the eastern western and mountainous region,active the eastern,western and mountainous region's financial resources.speed up the construction of social credit system,strengthen the protection of financial creditor's rights,innovative financing model,improve the risk compensation and sharing mechanism.And local government,financial supervision departments,the provincial administrative departments should work together to take effective financial support measures.
