A Survey On Grain Modern Logistics System Of Heilodgjiang Central Reserve Grain Depot

Since the beginning of the21st century, Chinese agriculture is facing increasingly toughinternational challenges. Heilongjiang is one of the Chinese major grain-producing provinces，and Heilongjiang central reserve grain depot has always been shouldering the important task ofmacroeconomic regulation and control of the national grain. Successive grain harvest of thenorthern region in recent years, resulting in farmers’ trouble to sale; While South sales area maysuffer a shortage. Thus an imbalance is caused between stocks of the north and sales of south,which may bring market prices fluctuations and severely affect food security. The above twoproblems are actually caused by the imperfect construction of grain logistics system.The report is based on a large number of materials about the status of grain modernlogistics system in developed countries, as well as making reference to the advancedmanagement methods of China Grain and Logistics Corporation, COFCO and the GreatNorthern Wilderness Group grain logistics. Combined with modern logistics managementtheory and grain logistics experience the author has accumulated in years of work in centralreserve grain depot, a thorough investigation and research on the grain modern logistics systemof Heilongjiang central reserve grain depot (HCRGD) is conducted. Firstly, the paperintroduces the background, meaning, purpose, object and research methods of the research.Then analyzes the status of grain modern logistics system at home and abroad as well asHeilongjiang Province, through comparative analysis, it summarizes the existing problems andinsufficient in logistics nodes, transport system, integrated processing, process specificationsand information platform of HCRGD; Finally, for the above shortcomings of grain logisticsdevelopment in HCRGD, rationalization proposals are given in aspects of the national and localpolicy, information technology, processing and preserve technology, transportation systems,logistics parks and macro strategy and so on. Aimed at achieving integrated management ofbusiness flow, capital flow and information flow, and greatly shorten the distance of time andspace between producing areas and sales areas, between farm and fork.
