The main contents are as follow:Firstly, the author introduces the background and significance of grainlogistics system, and it also summarizes the theories of grain logistics. Then itdiscusses the concept, feature and the importance about modem grain logisticsaccording to the latest achievement from domestic and abroad. And theconstituent of grain logistics system and its contents of planning andconstructing are summarized. Then it describes the situation and feature ofmain developed countries and our country. And principal difficulties aboutdeveloping grain logistics for us are pointed, too. Besides, the present situationand trend about grain logistics of Hunan Province are analyzed, and thesuperior and adverse conditions are summarized, too. Then it carries on theanalysis and forecast to the grain quantity of circulation and logistics aboutHunan Province, As core of the whole essay, Chapter 5 firstly divides 65 maingrain depots into 2 class logistics points on the basis of its infrastructure,location conditions, the demand etc. and it proposes the construction principle,the goal and the concrete items of basic construction.
