Study On The Improvement Countermeasures Of The Operation Mode Of Grain Logistics In Heilongjiang Reclamation Area

Agriculture is the basic industry on which the Chinese people depend.With the all-round development of the economy and society and the advancement of science and technology,China' s agriculture and rural economy are constantly making strategic adjustments.The goal is to further optimize and adjust the structure.Logistics plays an important role in the economic development of Heilongjiang Reclamation and the resolution of agricultural problems.Since the reform and opening up,grain production,logistics,and sales have all experienced great development.With the acceleration of planting adjustment in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area,relying on its geographical advantages,the grain industry in Heilongjiang Reclamation Region has entered a rapid development in the golden age.In recent years,Heilongjiang Reclamation has adjusted its planting structure and accelerated the development of grain production,which has hit a record high.However,with the continuous development of the grain industry,the development of food logistics has lagged behind,resulting in many foods in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area not being delivered to consumers in time.Therefore,optimizing the grain logistics operation mode in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area,solving the problems of grain logistics,further increasing the income of farmers,and making the grain flow in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area smoother to the whole country and the world is a realistic problem worth exploring.This paper defines the logistics and analyzes the current situation and operation mode of grain logistics in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.The experience of mature grain logistics business models in developed countries and regions at home and abroad was compared,and the problems in accordance with the actual situation of the grain logistics system in Heilongjiang and the current mode of operation of grain logistics were found and effective suggestions were put forward.The article mainly takes the operation mode of grain logistics in Heilongjiang Reclamation as the research object,and strives to solve the problem of low efficiency,high cost and large loss of grain logistics,through literature research method,comparative research method,SWOT analysis and other research methods.The countermeasures and suggestions for the grain production logistics operation mode in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area provide a useful decision-making basis for the grain industry competitiveness in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area,and maintain the stable and sustainable development of the agricultural product industry in Heilongjiang Reclamation Area.
