The Analysis On China’s Urbanization Process Since The Reform And Opening-up Policy

Since the reform and opening up, China′s economic has developed rapidly, and oursocialistic modernization has gained huge succeed. At the same time, the construction ofurbanization has made some progress gradually, the level has been improved evidently andthe quality of life of Chinese has been improved. What Chinese political, economic, andcultural development needs at present is to promote the process of urbanization. But, on theother hand, we should know, the development of urbanization in our country is still low-leveland underdeveloped. There are a lot of problems becoming more and more prominent, whichaffects the construction of socialist harmonious society in China. Based on the analysis ofChinese urbanization′s present situation and characteristic from reforming and opening, thispaper discussed the significant of advancing urbanization, and researched some mainproblems in the development of our urbanization. Drawing lessons from the other developedcountry and combining our country national condition, this passage put forward to suggestionhow to improve our China′s urbanization actively and steadily. This paper consists of fourparts as follows:The first part, the journey and characteristic of our country′s urbanization from reformand opening. By analyzing the manifestation in different stage of the development of China′surbanization, we sum up all characteristic in our urbanization development after opening andreform. What′s more, we can reflect the way of our country′s urbanization more accurately.The second part, the strategic meaning of the advance of urbanization in our country afterreform and opening. This part analyses the important meaning of socialist modernization, thedifference between urban and rural areas, sustainable development and harmonious societyand points out the important meaning of develop our urbanization.The third part, the main problems in our urbanization development after reform andopening. By analyzing the main problems and relative policy in our urbanizationdevelopment after reform and opening, we can point out some problems, which include somepart such as the disadvantage in infrastructural construction and public service of our presenturbanization, unreasonable planning and land resources turning less, the lack of urbanmanagement system, ecological environment and live condition turning worsen and so on.The last part, thinking about some ideas about improving our urbanization actively andsteadily. By analyzing the main problems in our urbanization development after reform andopening in this passage, we put forward to some suggestions to solute the problems in oururbanization development exactly. Just like, distributing infrastructural construction balanced,improving the ability of public service, planning the urban construction reasonably, regulating the usage of land, advancing the urban administrative system steadily, promoting thedevelopment of urbanization healthily, realizing the developing model persistent in city andbreaking any obstacle.
