Twenty-first Century is the time of knowledge economy. In economic competition, talent is not only the key strategic resource, but also the most powerful capital. In the international talent competition under the background of our country, we need to gather a large number of various types of high level talents for the new starting point of china’s development. Finance is the core of modern economy. People’s Bank of China(PBC), as China’s central bank, must innovate the management of talent to enhance it’s core competition in the economic and financial’s development.This paper takes the professional personnel’s management of People’s Bank of China as the research object, analyzes PBC’s management of the talent considering the domestic and foreign talent management trend, and puts forward some ideas to serve PBC’s scientific development.First, the introduction mainly discusses the research background, the situation and the basic ideas and methods; the second chapter discusses the theory of talent development in domestic and abroad,and PBC’s talent management; the third chapter describes the professional’s management in our country, and analyzes the professional management problems and the reasons in PBC now, and strengthen the importance of the professional’s management.The fourth chapter advises that take the talent value chain management as the core to research the way of management of the professionals that PBC needs in the future, and compares with the traditional management information system, to verify the advantage of that. The fifth chapter prospects the way of the professional personnel information management.
