Therefore, the company shall in the current context, according to the analysis of the characteristics of the development of professional and technical personnel to carry out occupation factors influencing occupation career management process as well as the cause of the problem, explore the role and significance of occupation career of management for the professional and technical staff of the enterprises, and find out the methods and countermeasures, through specific measures to improve the implementation of occupation career management to the occupation career management to individuals and enterprises to conduct a comprehensive improvement, and enable individuals and enterprises to better realize the value in the occupation career activities, professional and technical personnel in the occupation career more meaningful.
