The Analysis And Study Of Status And Countermeasure Of The Geological Professional Personnel In China

Geological work is an important and basic work of the economic and social development, which serves for all the aspects of economy and society. Especially in such a developing country as China which is full of rich resources, and the resources, environmental issues have become the core point of global concern, geological exploration work, geological prospecting industry are very important to economic development and social comprehensive progress in China. In building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society and building a innovation-oriented country, China has entered a best period of geological development in history. But looking forward to a bright future for the people, resources shortage, environmental degradation are more and more apparent, which all need people to find out the reasons and the ways to solve these problems. So, in order to develop geological work, we must bring up the geological personnel.This thesis start from the analysis of the personnel structure, through the questionnaire, literature and other means to access vast amounts of data and data collection, using qualitative and quantitative analysis method, sum up the Geological Exploration Technology personnel structure of China, and propose the effective methods of geological personnel training to improve the countermeasures and suggestions.The thesis consists of seven chapters: Chapter 1 introduced the background, significance, content, research method and routes of this thesis; Chapter 2 summarized the related theories including human capital theory and personnel structure theory, which is the base of the thesis on theory. Chapter 3 described the current situation of geological personnel in China according to the questionnaire. Chapter 4 analyzed the characteristic of geological personnel of China and demonstrated the rationality of this kind of structure. Chapter 5 discussed the reasons of the problems which happened in the training of geological personnel. Chapter 6 proposed the suggestions of solving these problems. Last part is conclusion and some problems which need to further research.The thesis preliminarily summed up the characteristics of the geological personnel in China, and the suggestions of solving the problems which hinder the development of geological industry. However, a further profound study is needed because the studies in this thesis are still superficial.
