With the development of knowledge-based economy, technological enterprises gradually become important parts of national economy with new growth pole. It has important effect in promoting technology to progress and technology result to transformation. Currently, there are more than a hundred and twenty thousand minor tech enterprises and 9.6m employees. Although the number of tech enterprises stands at only 3.3 percent of the country, which have creased 65 percent patent and invention of the entire country, more 75 percent technology innovation, and more 80 percent new product.Person are the most important resource, person′wisdom, knowledge and technology level are decisive to the development of tech enterprise, talent is, as it were, the foundation and pivot of the development of enterprises. Whether tech enterprises can win subsistence and development for long in the fierce competition,the key is to have a number of highly qualified professional technical personnel,which should take technical research and development personnel as the main body. Nowadays, the market climate tech enterprises exist is heating up, the competition among enterprises for professional technical personnel gets more spirited. Therefore, whether tech enterprises can establish scientific and rational incentive system for professional technical personnel, maximum retains and inspires them, encourages their enthusiasm and initiative, becomes a major part of the challenge in human resource management.By combining theoretical analysis and empirical study, this article studied the incentives of professional technical personnel of tech companies. The main research content of this article includes: the theoretical foundation of incentive research; the characteristic of the professional technical personnel of tech enterprises; the research model of incentive research for professional technical personnel; the structural analysis of the motivators of the professional technical personnel of tech enterprises and the each motivators′contributions to motivated levels; the design of the incentives of the professional technical personnel of tech enterprises.The main research result of this article consists in putting forward a research framework of the incentive system of professional technical personnel, the framework of the incentive system of professional technical personnel, and the motivation tactics for frofessional technical personnel from different background, which all will have certain direction and reference for the research and design of the incentive system of professional technical personnel in tech enterprises, so as to stimulate professional technical personnel preferably.
