| Technology plays an extremely important role in the development of counties’economic growth. In recent years, the number of China’s science and technologyresearch projects was growing at a high speed, and that also contributed to the rapiddevelopment of the economy. At the same time, however, China’s scientific andtechnological achievement conversion rate was far behind the developed countries’conversion rate. Statistics show that our current scientific conversion rate is about25%,less than5%were realized in industrialization. Compare to the80%conversion rate ofthe developed countries, the gap was so obvious. And these lead to that a large numberof scientific and technological achievements did not translate into productivity. Overall,the conversion of China’s scientific and technological projects still faces lots of difficult,such as the imperfect project evaluation system, the lack of support from thegovernment.Based on that, this paper studied the conversion of scientific and technologicalachievements of SC Province. From the macro aspect, this paper first analyzed thecondition of China’s scientific and technological projects, and illustrated the importanceof the conversion of scientific and technological achievement. Then the paper analyzedthe current situation of the conversion of scientific and technological achievement of SCProvince specifically. Combining with the characteristics of the industry and thescientific and technological advantages of SC Province, the paper studied the core goalsthe government of SC should take while enhancing the conversion rate of scientific andtechnological achievement. Furthermore, this paper use location quotient method toanalyze the area which need guiding by the government in the conversion of scientificand technological achievements.Finally, this paper proposed several recommendationsabout the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of SC Province. |
