In the world of information, the constantly updated management model and theconstruction of information systems are two elements for a company to follow the trendof the times. These two elements are not mutually separated, they complet with eachother, making the overall level of the enterprise tracking down as a rising spiral, andmake the company as the international market leader. Only accomplishing thesecontents can they be called the perfect combination of business information companies.Therefore, the enterprise information system construction and business operation modeof the reform are essential for modern enterprises.At present, there is a large gap in the advanced level between civil aircraftconstruction companies in the information at home and abroad. Their own informationsystem are not set up, most of the work are prepared by hand and the paper. There exsitsmanufacturing difficulties in the process of exchange and collaboration with otherenterprises in the information in areas, the level of information can not meet therequirements of foreign customers.In management applications, due to the impact of the planned economic systemearly,the domestic civil aircraft business continued under the former planned economicsystem management mode and method, a serious impediment to the development ofcivil aircraft business.Accessing to the current domestic and international research on the casemanagement model, combined with the status of corporate governance for civil aircraft,civil aircraft business for the characteristics and problems of machine building publicenterprise management mode. Finally, as an example of MES based on businessmanagement model for civil aircraft in the civil aircraft business in the specificapplication, X Civil Aircraft Company is analysed and designed to achieve the companyproduction planning, implementation, logistics, quality, comprehensive electronicmanagement system for the purpose of the MES.
