In 2002,ARJ21 project had been approved,and it was a beginning of independent R&D of China's civil aircraft which in accordance with the international airworthiness standard.The application of project management in civil aircraft manufacturing industry has not been fully systemized and project management ideas did not carry out in the whole development process of related field at present,which causing the whole project operation poorly and the efficiency is low.Especially in "manufacturer-suppliers" mode,the most components are researched and manufactured by suppliers.The lack of scientific project management will give rise to delivery delay.On the background of C type aircraft,the progress management of forgings procurement is selected as the research object in this paper.In the stage of scheduling and optimization,this paper used the network plan technology to identify the critical path.Through compressed and changed the logical relationship and evaluated the risk of the process to complete the optimization.In the stage of implementation and control,this paper analyzed the causes that affect the plan through the regular data collection,adjusted and took measures to ensure project completed on schedule.The research has solved the problems that planning is not reasonable and implementation control does not reach the designated position.This paper hopes provide a reference to the procurement schedule management of new developed products of other civil aircraft types.
