Along with severe market competition day by day,logistics industry faces more and more operation management crisis,warehousing acts as the important node and part of the entire logistics and the supply chain,meanwhile,operation management condition of the warehouse will affect efficiency and benefits of the entire supply chain.With the development of Business Process Reengineering at home and abroad,the author discovered when proposing Business Process Reengineering framework,in order to guide warehouse business process reengineering,it is necessary to take use of qualitative and quantitative methods in the process of Business Process Reengineering.On the basis of former researcher's Business Process Reengineering,framework summarized the predecessor flow restoration frame foundation.This article has established a more practical BPR framework,has used the super-graph theory and information technology to simplify and integrate warehousing business process,has simulated warehousing business process by using the FLEXSIM software,and has determined the optimum distribution plan using Analytical Hierarchy Process, thus providing comprehensive qualitative and quantitative support for warehousing Business Process Reengineering.Firstly,this article analyzed former researcher's definition of BPR and pointed out the core and the meaning of BPR.After summarizing former researcher's Business Process Reengineering framework,it provided a qualitative and quantitative framework of BPR which was practical.After instructing BPR theory,it reengineered the popular warehousing business process by using super-graph theory,ESIA and the information technology and also repainted the super-graph and crossed-function flow chart of new process.Secondly,this article introduced Discrete Event Simulation concepts and the basic steps of Discrete Event Simulation,then presented random variable determination and basic strategy of Discrete Event Simulation.In this article it simulated warehousing business process by using the theory of simulation Discrete Event Simulation.Thirdly,comparing FLEXSIM with other simulation software,this article concluded that the FLEXSIM software was conveniences and practicability in warehousing plan and layout,equipment and technology,business process as well as controlling and scheduling.Then,on basis of new flow chart in chapter 2, simulation graph in chapter 3 and date of investigation and study,with an example, the article simulated for new warehousing business process using FLEXSIM simulation software.In order to simulate warehouse system actually,the author customized to FLEXSIM simulation software.Simulating warehousing business process,it can find out bottleneck this system.This article provides the quantities' data which chose the plan of BPR and pre-selected three plans by adjusting various objects parameter and running program.Finally,this article introduced basic concepts and the steps of Analytical Hierarchy Process which was concluded conveniences and practicability in logistics plan decision-making.It established a two-stage indictors system to evaluate the warehouse's performance.Then On the basis of three pre-selection warehousing distribution plans in chapter 4,it calculated the weight of three plans and thus made optimum decision-making of the warehousing distribution plan by using Analytical Hierarchy Process.Through the discourse in entire article,this article provided the qualitative and quantitative method of BPR for warehousing enterprise.It can enhance probability of success of BPR,cut down time of BPR the flow restoration the time,reduces the expense of BPR,decrease the warehousing cost and guide the implementation of Business Process Reengineering.Wei Yi Huang(Transportation Planning and Management) Directed by Zhen Hong(Professor)...
