With the development of technology and competition between companies,the current salary management system has been unable to meet the needs of the development,problems such as unreasonable structure and the lack of incentive compensation seriously restrict the development of enterprises,thus establishing a high quality and efficient salary system is an important issue for them.Especially for the traditional manufacturing industry which facing the dual pressures of technological transformation and structural transformation,designing a scientific and reasonable salary system is of great significance to them.This paper takes YS company as the research object,with research methods such as literature research,case analysis and questionnaire survey,the salary satisfaction of YS company's front-line employees is investigated and the pay system is studied.In this way,the problems of the current system can be found out and analyzed in order to put forward an optimization plan and guarantee the implementation.The main content of this paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and research content;The second chapter is literature review,mainly expounds the concepts of compensation and the previous knowledge of the situation.In the third chapter,the current situation of the salary system of YS company employees is analyzed on the basis of understanding the company profile.In the fourth chapter,a questionnaire survey is conducted combining with the actual of the YS company to find the problems of pay system of the company's front-line staff and study the reasons for the existence.The fifth chapter is the focus of this paper,according to the specific analysis of principles of salary optimization design combined with the actual situation of YS company to optimize the content and structure of the compensation system;In the sixth chapter,the author puts forward the safeguard measures for the optimization of YS company's front-line staff salary system.Through the study of this paper,the author hope to provide valuable reference for the industry and give full play to the role of the compensation system in the process of improving the pay satisfaction of front-line staff,mobilizing the enthusiasm and creativity of front-line staff,so as to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.
