By analyzing the current situation of the post-evaluation of construction projects and the impact post evaluation of domestic and international, in the light of the important significance in the impact post evaluation and take Jingyu220kV power transmission project as the main research object, combined with the principle and characteristic of comprehensive evaluation, analyze the environmental impacts and social impacts, and formulate scientific and rational index system and standards for the effect of220kV power transmission project, which has important significance and academic value.According to the actual investigation data of Jingyu220kV power transmission project, this paper gives a profound analysis of the effect evaluation of Jingyu220kV power transmission project and mainly includes the following:environmental impact assessment and social impact assessment, index system for the effect of220kV power transmission project, environmental impact assessment model based on entropy weight and fuzzy evaluation method, social impact assessment model based on principal component analysis method and grey correlation method. This paper analyzes successes and shortcomings of the effects of Jingyu220kV power transmission project, and proposed improvements and measures. The establishment of index system for the effect of220kV power transmission project and the application of the comprehensive evaluation method provide scientific method for the whole system of post-project analysis of impact of transmission project. It provides implementation basis for the new transmission project construction in future, also provides a theoretical basis and reference standards for the impact assessment of the similar units.
