| This paper aims at the pre-evaluation and research of power transmission's key technology and economic problems in Kanbashi. First of all, combined with the status of inner mongolia autonomous region and Ordos power network, this paper do power load forecasting of KanBaShi area, then analysis the necessity of program construction. Based on the above analysis, we do the earlier stage evaluation of 220KV transmission and transformation power system, transformation power construction project, 220KV transmission project. At last, we research the program investment appraisal and economic evaluation. This paper not only supply suggestions for pre-evaluation, but also meaningful for other similar programs. |
