With the increase of auto possession, energy crisis and environmental problems has become more and more serious around the world. The living conditions of human beings are threatened, and the auto industry is faced with serious challenges. With the great advantage of energy saving and environmental protection, new energy vehicle will be the development direction of automobile industry, and will be popular among consumers. Therefore, research about new energy vehicle market diffusion factors will have great practical significance on the government policies and effective strategies of enterprises. In this paper, the author will analyze the market diffusion of new energy vehicle from the perspective of the whole life cycle.In this paper, firstly, the author studies the main factors that affect the market diffusion of new energy vehicle under its different life cycle stages, including technical level, enterprise innovation behavior, government support policy, consumer holding cost, environmental friendliness and use convenience, etc.Secondly, the author lays special stress on analyzing the interaction between factors that affect the diffusion of new energy vehicle, establishing the mathematical correlations between variables, setting the initial value of parameters. And then uses the system dynamics approach to build models. After using VENSIM software to simulate and analysis the market quantities of new energy vehicle, simulation result confirms the trend of new energy vehicle market diffusion is expected to conform to the theory.At last, through discussion of the result and sensitivity analysis of the main factors, this paper shows that the government policy plays the most important role in the early stage of the market diffusion and consumer holding cost of new energy vehicle will have obvious advantage in the future. Then the author tries to provide effective advice for the related government departments and manufacturing companies.
