| Energy shortage and environmental pollution have already became very serious global problems.Along with the development of economy,China has consumed large amount of energy resources which will also lead to a nightmare of energy shortage. As a clean energy, biogas can not only replace our traditional energy which will help reduce energy consumption but reducing pernicious emissions, such as CO2、SO2.Meanwhile,biogas technology which can also be used as a technology of animal slurry, household garbage and industrial waste management is one of our national renewable energy projects. Thus, how to wisely utilizing biogas is one of an cardinal and promising ways to solve energy shortage and reducing pollution.Based system feedback analysis, this dissertation combines theoretical analysis and case study, static analysis of game theory and dynamic system analysis to analyze and simulate the problems of biogas development in rural area of China from the view of compensation policy.First, game theory model is conducted to evaluate all game players’ profit preference. And then, establish biogas project LCA model to evaluate environmental impacts and energy consumption of the system.Afterwards,a national biogas project pathway model and rural biogas energy consumption system SD model in Poyanghu area under the perspective of energy consumption is established. Finally,in order to reaches goals of the national and our province’s targets of energy conservation and emission reduction, compensation policy system and new pathway is introduced. This dissertation has these innovation points:1)SWOT analysis method is applied, that make deeper analysis of China’s biogas development by pointing out internal advantages and disadvantages and external opportunities and threats from the system. Then, according to the results of the SWOT analysis,we find out difficulties in the development of biogas project in rural area our country. They are imperfect policy system development which leads to imperfect policy supervision, the pressure of energy industrial structure adjustment, limitation of core technology innovation and backward of technology update speed..Then,an evolution model of interest co-relationship between animal feeding enterprise and farmers in biogas utilizing project in Chinese suburb is conducted, which provides the principle of the development of biogas project.2)the goal of the first part is to evaluate from a cradle-to-gaze approach the environmental impacts and energy consumption of bioenergy system in rural area of China. In the second part,we establish low carbon economy development system model under the perspective of energy consumption and simulate the model according to our national strategy of " CO2 emissions intensity reduce 40% ~ 40% from 2005 to 2020,and proportion of non-fossil energy rise to 15% of energy consumption ".Results found that, our country’s current development model is unable to meet the requirements of the national strategy and policy. Thus introduce biogas project utilization pathway which take the reduction of emission an consumption into account.3)Based on the results for above,we design two pathways under the analysis of former chapters. They are Multi-raw materials pathway and large scale biogas project regionalization pathway. In order to compare those two pathways,we use LCA to evaluate their environmental impacts and energy consumption by comparing residential system. In the end,we find out, large scale biogas project regionalization pathway will be relatively a better option for our biogas development. The second part,we design compensation policy system into to system which shows, the new pathway and compensation policies will help to reach our goals.4)We analyze the effect from biogas energy compensation policy on energy development in Poyanghu ecological zone from static and dynamic aspects in order to verify new pathway.Afterwards,we design several compensation policies that will help to foster large scales biogas regionalization pathway.According to the situation of our country, the regionalization should be separated into two processes. The first process should be a multi-strategies combine household biogas process and partly biogas project regionalization. The second process will be a fully biogas project regionalization which needs more supports from the government. In the end, composition policies are evaluate. |
