The public concerned about the food safety sudden increased after the milk melamine incident. Peoples are high degree of attention to the food safety incidents frequently exposed by the medium in the past few years, either real or spurious. Repeatedly exposure makes people more and more sensitive to the food-related events and their tolerance of food safety problem are getting lower and lower and becoming increasingly demanding to enterprises in the industry.In this context, the management of food quality and safety becomes more and more strict in food companies, especially that with high brand recognition, are increasingly high requirements internal as well as outsourcing suppliers. The main body of the paper studied the LX Company is an enterprise which provides of baking products processing services to famous enterprises just like KF, TY and so on.In this paper, combining with the quality management and communication management theories, I have analyzed the problem of food quality and safety management system of LX Company through the case of products index exceeded to internal control standards and given some suggestions for improvement in accordance with ISO22000requirements and personal experiences. Hope to provide some experiences to the similar enterprises.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the background, the purpose and significance of the study, major contents and Thesis framework. Chapter Ⅱ is a literature review which describes the current situation of China’s food quality and safety, food quality safety management system and ISO22000system and application. And the third Chapter is the status quo of food quality and safety management system in the LX Company. Chapter four is to analyze and identify problems of the LX Company food quality and safety management system through a case. The fifth chapter is improvement advice to the system with a combination of the previous chapter. The last chapter is the conclusion, which combs and rollup the point of this article.
