We would prevent or eliminate or reduce the hazard of the finished products to an acceptable level through the effective combination of HACCP plan, prerequisite program and operational prerequisite program. The effect of ISO22000 food safety management system was identified. Foreign matter of wheat, ash content of cleaned wheat and ash content of wheat flour were detected. The results showed that foreign matter of wheat,ash content of cleared wheat and ash content of wheat flour were decreased obviously. Therefore it was effective to apply ISO22000 food safety management systems to the wheat flour processing enterprises.The application of ISO22000 food safety management system in XF flour Co., Ltd improves the company's quality management level and provides an operation template for wheat flour enterprises. It also can provide a reference in further research for ISO22000 in the wheat flour processing enterprises.
