With the advent of information age and the economic globalization.the management pattern depending on the division of specializations is becoming more and more obtuse. Therefore it becomes more and more difficult for the enterprises of specialization division to meet to the market circumstance characterized by customer competition and change. Business Process Reengineering-BPR as a new management thought for actual requirements has cropped up. From the development strategy the article makes study on BPR and on the basis of which it describes the actual problems faced the enterprises based on traditional division theory as well as the customer requirements change and the impact of economic globalization on the enterprises. At first it reviews the organization and development of the occidental reengineering theory and makes analysis on process management thought organization management thought and the application status of the process reengineering. This article emphasized the way of BPR and the method of analysis. At first, by introducing the Phliex company and the trend of Membrane Switch manufacture and analyzing for company. this article point out that BPR be the necessary choice. The article set up company key process’s mode including manufacture process, manufacture process detailed,, the article uses method ASME to analyze the time spent on present process of company and find out the non value added action in the process. The article analyze Phliex company new process by ASME method also. Final, the author makes a conclusion that Phliex company will improve the company’s process efficiency, reduce the cost and meet the needs of customers for this article.
