Finally, using the theory and method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to determine the supplier evaluation index system and the weight of indexes, the grade suppliers, which makes the supplier evaluation and selection system can be comprehensive, objective to evaluate suppliers, to choose the supplier which is proper and accord with Company H needs, to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain for Company H. At last, it based on the PCB suppliers for Company H as the research object, carries on analyzing the case of supplier evaluation and selection. According to the evaluation results, the evaluation system and the methods are scientific and practical.
