With the rapid development of China's economy in recent decades,China's packaging industry is also developing rapidly,becoming the world's second largest packaging country.At present,China has about 250,000 packaging enterprises,most of them are small and medium enterprises,so competition is very intense.Company A is an enterprise that provides overall packaging solutions and packaging materials for industrial enterprises.Effectively integrate the supplier resources and improve the level of supplier management is particularly important for companies to enhance competitiveness and maintain industry leadership.Scientific and accurate selection and evaluation of suppliers in the enterprise supplier management has a very important position.Excellent suppliers can not only help companies reduce their operating costs,improve product quality and delivery rate,but also bring other value-added services and benefits,which can make the enterprises among the best in this fully competitive market.This paper analyzes the supplier selection and evaluation of Company A,and hopes to help Company A improve its supplier management in order to improve its competitiveness in the industry.At present,many scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on various aspects of supplier selection and evaluation,and put forward various theories and research methods.Based on the research of these scholars' theories and methods,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the selection and evaluation by combining the actual situation of Company A,and optimizes the supplier selection and evaluation system of the company:First,we choose the index of supplier selection and supplier evaluation suitable for company A,and use fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each index.Then we rate each supplier through the established scoring system,finally,according to the result of scoring,conduct supplier selection,classification and motivation.In the end,we analyze the results of supplier selection and evaluation system optimization.Summed up the results,hope that the same industry enterprises in the supplier selection and evaluation of reference and guidance.It is hoped that this research will be used for reference and guidance in the selection and evaluation of suppliers...
