3^rd Party Logistics Service Quality Research For Company C

In our increasingly fierce competition in the logistics market the third-party logistics service quality directly determines the level of third-party logistics industry’s healthy and stable development. They have to find out and establish a scientific and rational logistics service quality evaluation system through reasonable service quality evaluation criteria to guide the analysis of logistics operation according to the evaluation results. Therefore, a reasonable and effective service quality evaluation criteria has very important theoretical and practical significance for the promotion of logistics enterprises to improve service levels are also very important guiding significance.I had the privilege of third-party logistics service companies and their customer service companies have had work experience, and is also responsible for the related area. After going through local and international logistics service quality literature I try to determine the improvement goal of supplier evaluation and selection for Company C, to improve the process of supplier evaluation and selection, design and analysis index questionnaire to determine the supplier evaluation index. Finally, using the theory and method of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), to determine the supplier evaluation index system and the weight of indexes, the grade suppliers, which makes the supplier evaluation and selection system can be comprehensive, objective to evaluate suppliers, to choose the supplier which is proper and accord with Company C needs, to improve the competitiveness of the supply chain for Company C. Finally try to analyze the cooperation between company B and company C as the sample to use of the service quality evaluation standard system to find the problem, and then analyzes the problem exists because, in order to build a reasonable evaluation to propose targeted improvements.
