In modern society, the importance of quality has appeared more and more obviously. The core competition of the traditional manufacturing enterprise is the excellent quality. It is quality management level that decide its marketing competition level for the sanitary products field, due to more and more worldwide logo flow into local markets, as well as the more and more local products logo come out. As worldwide logo, they should adopt advanced quality management method to keep top quality level of the brand, and at the same time, adopt advanced quality tools to continuously improve products quality and reduce production cost. It is the key factor for the worldwide logo to occupy the local market.In this thesis, first, it is based on the introduction of the characteristics of each production process of TalisE2series faucets, which are:gravity die-casting, machining, grinding and polishing, automatic electro-plating and assembly finished faucets. It shows the current quality level of production process, and major defects and root causes.Second, based on the evidence of current quality level of each process, we set up the studying steps of quality improvement by applying to PDCA cycle; each step includes:planning, do, check and actions, so it ensures that the quality management is comprehensive, systematic and reliability.Through the analysis of major root causes of defects for each production process by quality tools, we initiate and decide the improvement directions, combined with quality objectives of each process, implement the actions, evaluate the effectiveness of the quality improvement actions and compare to the objectives, for the left problems, we leave them to next PDCA cycle, and carry out the function of quality continuously improvement.
