The Development And Sustainable Use Research Of The Marine Resource In Liaoning Province

Liaoning Province is one of large marine provinces in China. It turns in the direction ofthe Bohai sea and the Huanghai sea, with super site conditions and broad maritime space, andit is rich in marine resources. Since the reform and open policy, the Liaoning full displaylittoral source superiority, and develop the marine resource vigorously, not only enable thetraditional sea industry to obtain the swift and violent development, but also develop theemerging sea industry vigorously. However, while Liaoning sea economy development, theoffshore contamination concern increasingly is also serious, and the government duty isextremely arduous. Therefore, we must take a series of countermeasures to protects the seaecological environment, and causes the Liaoning coast economy to realize the sustainabledevelopment.This paper analyzes and evaluates the fallowing problems thoroughly: the distributioncharacteristic of marine space resources, marine biology resources, marine resources oncoastal zone, oil and gas resources by the sea, port resources, seawater resources, marineenergy resources and tourism resources by the sea and the sorts of resources, the amount ofresources, abundance and the quality of resources and the combination condition of resources.Through contrasting Liaoning Province with the national by the marine industry of outputdata, we could observe the industrial structure changes in the composition of the ocean ofLiaoning Province from the perspective of static and dynamic contrast. In this paper, weanalyze the relation of the marine industry and the land industry and concluded that we needto promote the coordinated development of land-based marine industrial structure and theindustrial structure. We summarize the development conditions and the current situations ofthe marine industry in Liaoning Province and sum up the achievements and the shortages inthe development of the marine industry in Liaoning Province. We have not only the pursuit ofeconomic interests, in other words, not just the pursuit of speed and the contribution of marine,but also depend on social, environmental benefits, the realization of sustainable economicdevelopment. Then, according to the developing and useful condition at present, I point outthe question and the corresponding research countermeasure in the development exists, inorder to achieve the goal of the sustainable use. Basing on the shortages of development inmarine industry in Liaoning Province, we make some suggestions. For example, the drive ofscientific and technological innovation, joint development of land and sea, structureoptimization, development and protection.
