With the aggravation of the environmental crisis and the reduction of the global energy , the International economy is gathering to the area of strand progressively. As one important part of ocean economy, the sustainable development problem of ocean tourism is the subject receiving much concern of the current academia and tourism administrative department. In order to achieve some sustainable aims that we should improve the economic benefits, safeguard the society to be fair ,and guarantee the good condition of the ecological environment, It is claimed a necessity to draw into the idea of sustainable development. However, the study on sustainable ocean tourism development pays much attention to the conception, type and the achievement way in the past. Cognition of the whole frame of sustainable ocean tourism development, Especially there are few persons who do the relevant research on the setting-up of the evaluation index system of sustainable ocean tourism development, Therefore, it is difficult to put the idea and theory sustainable development into practicing.So this dissertation explicits on the connation of ocean tourism sustainable development , discusses on three major support systems of sustainable ocean tourism development of Shandong province systematically,and makes diagnosis in its support and foster ability, on this basis, this thesis establishes the assessment indicators system of the sustainable ocean tourism development , and takes the quantitative method to measure the level of sustainable development, and concludes that ocean tourist industry of Shandong is still at primary stage of sustainable development, it is necessary to accelerate and promote the ocean tourism industry of Shandong province to enter overall the sustainable developing stage .The main content of the whole paper includes six parts:...
