| As a normalized phenomenon in economic growth, regional growth differencedisparity has become a very important issue for policy makers. The research on such topicis a hot spot for scholars. They put forward some political suggestions in order to solve thedisparity on regional growth, and it works well in minimizing the gap and prospering theregional economy. Technology efficiency, as a key factor to measure the odds between realproducts and ideal products, could meter the ability of using regional resources. Therefore,by establishing an analysis structure based on technology efficiency could measure theproductivity of regional growth, meanwhile, we could determine the direction andmagnitude by analyzing each elements of technology efficiency, and support the regionalgrowth with relative political suggestions.The paper adopted12-year-long statistic data of every city in Anhui from1999to2010,and preceded empirical research on their technology efficiency value based on certaintheory. After analyzing the influencing factor of technology efficiency, we come up withsome relative political suggestions for promoting the economic growth of Anhui. Themainly content of the paper is as follow:Chapter one: Introduction. It mainly refers to the studying background, purpose andmeaning of the whole works, and reviews the existing study. Meanwhile, it introduced thebasic structure, study methods, creation points and insufficient points.Chapter two: Technology efficiency theoretical basis in regional growth. Byintroducing the theory of economic growth and technology efficiency, we founded ourtheoretical basis of analysis on technology efficiency disparity, meantime, we adoptedDEA method to do our empirical part; at last, through the connection between technologyefficiency and regional growth, we better showed the realistic meaning and necessity ofour research.Chapter three: Evaluation of regional growth disparity in Anhui. At first, we gave anoverall description of the economic growth reality in Anhui; as following, we pointed outthe status quo of regional growth disparity among Anhui province.Chapter four: Empirical research on the technology efficiency disparity in regionalgrowth. By introducing DEA and adopting relative index, we operated quantitative analysison technology efficiency among every region in Anhui, and made an all-dimensioncompare in order to confirm the impact of technology efficiency.Chapter five: Empirical research of influencing factor of technology efficiency inregional growth. By introducing Tobit model, we operated quantitative analysis todetermine the direction and magnitude of every influencing factor.Chapter six: Conclusion and political suggestion. Based on the work above, weconcluded the whole article’s results, and put forward with relative political suggestionsaiming at enhancing the technology efficiency value, minimizing the economic growth gapand prospering the regional growth. |
