In recent years, with the rapid development of the tourism and real estate, a tourism real estate come out which is a new industry of tourism combined with real estate.It is a important key point to develop the economy, meet the market demand and improve the charm of the city. Recent years, Timesharing Hotel as a form of tourism real estate investment develops quickly.However, due to the development style of China’s Timesharing Hotel is not the same as Western countries which is first have demand and then develop market, We directly bring in the model of Western timeshare and property hotel development, and then try to persuade our people accept it by publicizeing deeply. So there are many problems in the development process, and a series of investment risks followed occurre.Hotel property investment in foreign countries are already quite mature, but in China is still in infancy, although China’s real estate industry and the hotel industry are relatively normative at present, but the Timesharing Hotel as the combination of the two products are in a state of confusion, the corresponding laws and regulations are still unknown. Therefore investing the Timesharing Hotal is risky. Through the study of the Timesharing Hotal investment risk, it has important sense to standardize developers misconduct, improve hotel management risk consciousness and safeguard the interests of investors:firstly, through researching Timesharing Hotel investment, it can promote real estate investment to innovate and promote investment in real estate and tourism consumption, at the same time it can change people’s concept.
