Researech On Embeddedness Risk, In Enterprise Network Based On Grounded Theory

Enterprise Network organization in situations with high and low level of information sharing, the networking and network structure promote knowledge transfer, innovation, at the same time due to asymmetric information and bounded rationality of individuals, bring the enterprise network organization a number of risks, influence individual and a good run in the network organization and overall network efficiency improvements. Exploring the embedding risk in the process of the network organization embedded, and taking control with strategy for the risk are becoming the hot issues of academic concern. Therefore, in the context of low level of information sharing or a high degree of information sharing, the paper bases in the phenomenon of risk in the network organization embedded combing the theory and grounded theory study designed, the object is going to enable people to have in-depth knowing and more comprehensive with the phenomenon of the embed risk in enterprise network organizations, providing members a guidance.This study begins with the perspective of network organizations embedded, taking CNRO Science-Technology Development Co. Ltd. as an example to have three research, collecting a certain depth and breadth of the scientific method in accordance with grounded theory, open coding, the spindle decoding and selective coding process of decoding triple grounded theory, the information of CNRO collected, posted175labels given to the concept and tagged103referential phenomenon, and construct the103expression of the concept of a theme words, and finally, the essay extracted from the61areas, namely, the second class keywords. In the course of the study, analysis each decoding the data, the conclusion that the theory rooted in the data extracted from the network organization are four main embedded risk, contractual risk, locked risk, negative reciprocity risk, conductivity risks.The study concluded that:When the low level of information sharing, embedded weak, the embedded risk in network organization is mainly contractual risk, when embedding stronger the embedded risk is mainly locked risk; a high degree of information sharing, embedded strong, the network organization embedded risk is mainly negative reciprocal risk; a high degree of information sharing, embedded weak embedding risk of network organization is mainly conduction risk. Finally, the essay proposed moderately embedded, motivate and trust mechanism for embedding risk of the four states in the network organization to enhance the competitiveness and overall operating efficiency of enterprise network and promote its good operation and development.
