The Analysis Of Collaborative Behavior Feature In Network Based On Grounded Theory

In recent years, the research of enterprise networks are becoming deeper,based on content, features, and operating mechanism to the competitive strategy, governance mechanisms and promote areas such as network performance, and to explore synergies. However, these are mainly to explore synergies and cooperation from the competition up, and rarely have the analysis of synergy in behavior-oriented from the complexity of the task context. This study intends to break through the existing framework, through the organizations of the enterprise networks context of grooming behavior, from the perspective of a specific cut, that is based on grounded theory, analyze the synergy in behavior-oriented from the complexity of the task context, concise network synergy characteristics of behavior and have a talk about how to promote the emergence of synergies in the network. At last, the essay take Tianjin CNRO Science-Technology Development Co., Ltd.as an example to explore major factors in the impact of synergies.The essay gives a brief introduction about his research background, significance, content, purpose and the research approach firstly and also sums up the research and practical findings before. Then after reviewing the developing history and theories about network cohesion, the essay specific four kinds of synergy characteristics through the study and the following conclusions:a. Support synergy in the relationship between support-type chains in a passive position, with lower complexity of the task;b. Interactive synergy in the relationship between the chains in a passive position, with high task complexity;c. Contractual relationship between the chains in collaboration initiative, with lower complexity of the task;d. Embedded synergy in the relationship between the chain initiatives, with high task complexity.Given the canonical qualitative study structure, we talk about the background, objective and the significance of this research in the first chapter. What's more, the research method that we will use is provided and the total framework of our research design is established. In the second chapter, we summarize and evaluate the theory of network and other theories that are connected with it. In the third chapter, through the procedures of open coding, axis coding we abstract the category of synergy behavior. And use selective coding to precipite the behavior of the network in the forth chapter. In the fifth chapter, based on grounded theory, we figure out the factors that influence the evolution process, which contains internal and external factors. At last, this paper draws the conclusion on process analysis, pattern construction, and study method and so on. Meanwhile, it gives us the expectation on future study.
