Business incubator (BI) was generated in knowledge-age which was set up topromote technology process, facilitate industrial structure upgrade and develop localtalents. BIs have made a great contribution to server hi-tech start-ups since they wereimported to China. However, the requirements of hi-tech start-ups become more and morediversified and consequently most BIs could not suit. So that, we set talents as the researchobject, on the view of network embeddedness, and empirical analysis the relationshipbetween influencing factors of talent network embeddedness and innovation performance.This study shows that innovative self-efficacy and innovation support are the mostsignificant factors to improving innovation performance. As a result, this paper will putforward a serious of reforming policies in which talent’s innovative self-efficacy andincubator’s innovation support are the basic premises. We hope that our researches canimprove the study level of embeddedness theory and provide some suggestions forChinese BI industry.This thesis has been divided into five parts. The first chapter presents the background,national and international research situation, research content, technical line and keyissues. The second chapter illustrates the principle theories, such as the theory ofidiosyncratic human capital, innovation network and network embeddedness. The thirdchapter analysis influencing factors of talent embeddedness, including basic hypothesis,research scheme, data analysis and hypothesis test. The fourth chapter reforms theincubator operation system, putting forward the reforming basis and policies based on thestudy results in the third chapter. The fifth chapter summary the conclusions andweaknesses and discuss the further research emphases.
