By analyzing the implications and characteristics of knowledge service, teasing out theproblems that exist in knowledge service, and combining with the characteristics of cloudcomputing, we put forward a new mode of knowledge service under the condition of sharedlearning. It is necessary to solve three key technical problems based on knowledge service of cloudcomputing. In this paper, in order to realizing the goal of sharing and coordination of knowledgeresources we construct the system architecture of knowledge service cloud platform and design fivefunction modules of knowledge service, including knowledge resource layer, knowledge fusionlayer, core knowledge service layer, operation service and billing security layer, and customerapplication layer. It is necessary to solve two key technical problems based on knowledge service ofcloud computing, including recommendation of personalized learning path and knowledge serviceaccounting. In order to provide better knowledge services for learners by cloud computing platform,a recommendation strategy of personalized learning path based on ant colony optimizationalgorithm was presented in this paper. The recommendation strategy would recommend highprobability learning path for learners with making historical learners’ assessment information thatwas similar to target users’ learning style and knowledge level as pheromone, expressioncharacteristics and degree of difficulty for learning object as heuristic information to guide pathsearching behavior. Then, adjusting parameters by simulation experiment to promote the accuracyof recommendation, and the effectiveness and maneuverability of the model is verified byexperiment. Through analyzing the dynamic nature of process combination of service modules incloud computing environment, process billing model of hierarchical billing system is establishedbased on modeling and tracking of dynamic process by stochastic Petri nets. Furthermore, in orderto realize the billing control of cloud service providers based on state and optimize billing policy,the billing process of this system is analyzed and designed by Petri nets. Thus, service measurementof cloud computing based on process model is achieved, and corresponding pricing by this modelcan be made to realize billing according to the demand of users. Finally, the effectiveness andmaneuverability of the billing model is verified by experiment, so the model can be used to supportthe billing decision of cloud service provider.
