Under the influence of the development of worldwide economic integration, competitions among enterprises have been changed to comparing numbers of their talent employees, which makes the diathesis of employees play an important role in development of a company. As the leader company in Chinese construction machinery industry, Sany heavy industry company has established its own training system during the development, and helped employees to upgrade themselves by conducting them into pre-job trainings, job training and in-service training. The training system has played an important role in cultural heritage, the promotion of employees’skills and technical support, etc., Due to the rapid development, the larger need of employees and the higher requirement of employees’skills, much of the training system could not satisfy these needs, and the core problems are:not clear training objectives; has not established a systematic and appropriate training system; not practical training, focus on theoretical training only, lack of effective training modes. Meanwhile, there are problems in teacher training, training organization and training security, which also influence the quality of training and the promotion of employees.This paper aims to rebuild the model of employees’competence and the blueprint of employees’training system based on the model of employees’competence in Sany heavy industry company in2008, by using a comparative study, summarizing, inferring, systems analysis and other methods, the training system contains three levels, beginning, intermediate and high, and covers the fifteen professional systems in Sany heavy industry company. This paper will take human resources system for example, design the courses, counseling, project design, and evaluation in training system, in order achieve the aim of training qualified employees’resources.The establishment of training system makes the construction of235training model, which is combined with theoretical training, coaching and project practice, and it will effectively solve the unclear core issues existed in training system based on the model of employees’competence. Through the specific training design for pilot system by human resources system, this paper explains the application of training system on operational level. At the same time, the improvement and upgrade of teacher training, training organization and training security are necessary, so the effects of training quality and number of trainers could be guaranteed.
