With the acceleration of the process of global economic integration,the domestic enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressure.In the fierce market competition,entrepreneurs gradually realize that talent resources are the key factor to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.For enterprises,it is difficult to recruit talents to meet their strategic needs accurately,and the needs of enterprises are constantly changing.Therefore,in practice,the most widely used method to improve the ability and quality of employees is employee training.In order to promote the comprehensive ability of employees to improve,many companies began to focus on the development of staff training,but in practice there are some problems affecting the effectiveness of the promotion and training of enterprise training.This paper hopes to develop a set of staff training system suitable for the development of enterprises,find the key indicators affecting the ability and quality of managers,and then improve the ability and quality of managers,and promote the realization of the strategic objectives of enterprises.Firstly,through the method of literature analysis,this paper combs the existing research tools on employee training and development,and explores the relationship between competency and enterprise training.The results show that the training system based on competency quality model can effectively improve the effect of enterprise training and ensure the long-term training of employees.On this basis,taking TH Petrochemical Company as an example,this paper establishes a competency model of TH company's managers by using behavioral event interviews,semi-structured interviews and questionnaires.Based on this model,a training system suitable for TH company's^managers is developed.Finally,this paper draws the following conclusions in the construction of TH company's staff training system:Firstly,the implementation of enterprise training needs the coordination of various departments*the attention of relevant leaders,and the support of certain funds,technology and teachers;secondly,enterprise training is a systematic and complete process,which should follow.The development of enterprises and employees is constantly changing;thirdly,compared with traditional enterprise training,enterprise training based on competency-quality model has better training effect;finally,enterprise training system based on competency-quality model should be oriented by enterprise strategy and meet the development requirements of enterprise strategy.
