The environment pollution and energy crisis is becoming more and more severe in recent years.With the development of renewable resources,the government pay more attention to the wind energy industry and the activity of the wind energy market bring new requirement to the matched composite material MFG.Meanwhile,we are aware that there is still a lot of challenge.If the company wants to win more market share in fierce market competition,the human resource becomes especially important.The top management of G Company proposed new request to the staff's overall quality and management level in human resource along with the company scale expansion.While to achieve the request,human resource training becomes a very effective channel.It can't only improve the overall quality and skill of staff,from a long way,but also can bring fresh management thought to the company to improve its competitive capacity.This article take the G company employees' training as an example,and adopts the method of literature?field research?questionnaire survey to analysis the existing problem in training and according to problems and current situation in G company,thorough establishing the training system and refer measure to ensure the system safeguard to get good train effect to finish organization goal.There are total four parts.Firstly,summarize the relevant content for human resource training,including the theoretical concept of training,the precondition for training system.Second,analyze the current status and the questions at present of the training in G Company according to the result of the physical research.Third,based on the current status and questions,propose the project for the training system's building in G company,including training requirement analysis,establish the training plan,design the training course,implement training plan and evaluate and improve training effect;At last,G Company's training system running and guarantee measures,which are raised by combining the existing problem in its training system and possible encountered questions analyzed from the aspect of improving corporation culture,enhancing staff awareness,build training policy support system,training institution support system and admin guarantee support system.Through analyzing,G Company should construct training system based on competency and position system,change its training philosophy further,establish training management rule,strengthen training supervision and evaluation,set up training management team to improve training quality of trainers,broaden training channels,improve training efficiency,implement training by category,refresh training contents regularly.
