The Research On Shenzhoujinguang Feed Company Production Flow Improvment

Lean production is the main trend of the manufacturing industry. As a typical multi-kind and small batch production company, facing the circumstance of demand diversity and intensifying competition, the JinGuang feed company is too impatient to wait to improve production flow through Lean thinking. This article hopes too to provide more references for small and medium-sized enterprises through the research of the JinGuang feed company’s production flow improving.This paper, which is in the circumstance of multi-kind and small batch production, is based on lean manufacturing to improve production flow. In the context of the lean production, the character of multi-kind and small batch production and the improvement of production flow, we attempt to improve the production flow from two aspects of the total and the part. That is from the three aspects of flawed granulation, mixed section and production plans that affect the total production flow.We optimize and improve the mixed section, making section and productions plans, and draw up post operation manual and production plan guidance documents, and then we promote and practice these achievement and make a series results. The efficiency of the production process improvement, and energy consumption is also reduced. More important, we obtain a series of effective analysis methods and tools, and lay a solid foundation the further for production process improvement.
