Mobile Commerce (M-Commerce) is the rise of a new type of e-commerce model,which is derived from electronic commerce (E-Commerce). E-commerce as the maininterface to PC, it is "wired e-commerce", but the mobile e-commerce is ane-commerce system,which composed of mobile phones, PDAs, notebook computersand other wireless communications equipment combined with wireless Internettechnology. it is e-commerce activities take advantage of wireless networks for. Theperfect combination of Mobile technology, internet technology, physical networkingtechnology, e-commerce technology creates this new mobile e-commerce businessmodel. With the rapid development of science and technology, the traditional businessare impacted more.network, knowledge management, globalization as the mainfeature of the information society is an irreversible trend, e-commerce has becomethe only way of enterprise development. the core of The information society is theInternet, mobile communications and e-commerce, so the combination of the three is atrend in the future society. M-Commerce is based on the Internet, characterized byflexible, simple and convenient. It completely based on the consumer’s individualneeds and preferences of customization, the choice of equipment and the provision ofservices and the way information is controlled entirely by the user.Firstly, the principles of RFID technology is studied in this paper.The Principlesfor RFID technology, value chain structure, industry standards and RFID applicationin China are researched. Through the analysis of RF technology and marketapplication status, broad market prospects is found not only in traditional RFIDtechnology e-commerce but also in mobile electronic commerce.Second, the application of RFID technology in the M-Commerce is studied.After the comparative analysis about Flica, NFC technology, dual-interface SIM cardtechnology, RF-SIM card technology at home and abroad, advantages anddisadvantages at different field of technology used in the M-commerce are found. Theanalysis put forward the RF-SIM e-commerce solution for the development ofM-Commerec of China Mobile, designed two-chip RF-SIM card and three-chiparchitecture program and based the program,the control of non-contact highfrequency RF-SIM cardcredit is reached by two way,which are the calibration in airand field. Finally, based on the study of RFID technology, mobile terminal technology,M-Commerce technology, the M-Commerce based on the RFID technology isanalyzed comprehensively and we found that M-Commerce based RFID technologywill not only needed pay attention to technological innovation,but also in the policyrisk, user awareness, business experience and other aspects to consider.
