In recent years, China’s food cold-chain logistics industry is developing rapidly. On the one hand, with the growth of the economy of our country, people’s diet consumption habits are changing, such as the needs for the animal protein, many kinds of fresh fruit and frozen dairy food and other perishable food are rising year by year, and at the same time, consumers are also more and more aware of the importance of food safety, especially for the quality of perishable food. On the other hand, China’s cold-chain market is not developed, and according to the statistics, in China, only15%of the products needing temperature control are in the right way flowing in all the sections of the logistics, and a lot of cold-chain foods are damaged, and so the public health is at risk in potential.In order to guarantee the quality of the food cold-chain, this paper introduces the internet of things technology to design logistics processes. We use RFID technology and temperature sensor technology to realize the fresh food tracking, thus we can timely access to the information of production, processing, transportation and storage so as to improve the efficiency and management level of cold-chain logistics the operation. Based on the technology of video collection, coding, compression, synthesis and data distributed storage to realize the video tracing of cold-chain food by cold chain enterprises, government departments and the consumers. It breaks the source model of existing paper text form, so that the whole cold chain processes are more transparent. The moving GIS technology basing on GPS, GIS and GPRS technology can realize the dynamically monitoring of the movement of the refrigerator transportation, can realize intelligent identification, efficient management, locating and tracing, intelligent monitoring and visualization review. Visual tracking for the information greatly improves the accuracy and convenience of product information collection and at the same time, provides the traceability information support for food safety review.Cold chain logistics is one of the areas that subdivision application of internet of things, and this paper is starting with the related theory of internet of things technologies and cold-chain logistics technologies, and takes the application of internet of things in the cold-chain logistics as the core of the full text, and we design the logistics system structure and cold-chain operation mode detail based on the internet of things technology, and applied to actual project that the Beijing cold-chain logistics demonstration project. In view of this project is a demonstration project, and the forward-looking is obvious, we want to make a benchmarking that the subsequent cold-chain enterprises can compare with, so they can correct their process defects, and set their resources rationally. On this basis, this paper analyses the application internet of things networking system, and we use the three layer structure theory. With the further analysis of food cold-chain logistics characteristics, we establish the food cold-chain logistics application reference model by networking application layer, information acquisition layer and network transmission layer.We use24pictures,22tables,49references.
