The Impact And Selection Of Loan Sales Forms

On the basis of the existing articles, we analysis the impact of loan sales on banking. It includes the selection, the screen of loans, and the price of loan sales.The article considers the fast development and differentiation of loan sales in China, analysis the impact of different forms of loan sales on banks’strategy, and the solutions to the problems because of information asymmetry. The article provides suggestions to the finance governor to rule the loan sales market, and discuss the finance intermediate theory.By comparing the different solutions, we get that they can be used to solve different problems. Particularly, we study the "guarantee"get the conditions and find that we can price the loan sales accurately by this way.
