China’s land resource current situation:the total is many, per capita is little, land resources available is less reserves. Land resource sustainable development is hitherto unknown challenge. This situation caused both human factors and natural factors. The human factors mainly have three aspects. First, as a result of the rapid development of modern society, city changes a process to accelerate, at the same time the infrastructure project of the expansion, the occupation of cultivated land. Second, because of the large population base in China, population growth, population increase led to land resources per capita amount reduction. The third, chemical fertilizer, pesticide abuse directly result in soil contaminated area is larger and larger, more and more deep. The drive of economic interest is exacerbated this trend. The China’s land resource has been decades of encouraging reclamation, those easily reclaimed land has become less and less.Natural factors are mainly due to the global climate anomalies leading to the deterioration of the ecological environment, so as to make the China’s land desertification area of growing. People are unreasonable production activities have aggravated the deterioration of ecological environment. The environment of land resources’sustainable development is affected. In view of all sorts of land resources sustainable practices, should be based on the China’s characteristics of the land resources, combined with other factors related to suit one’s measures to local conditions, make rational analysis, scientific planning and land resources, so that it can be sustainable development. Not in violation of the sustainable development of land resources of the law under the premise, to meet the growing material and cultural needs. The China’s land resource characteristics of terrain, water and heat condition restrictions. The China’s terrain was grade three ladder-like distributions, Eastern, central and western portions of the three and three steps of distribution is consistent. Each part of the land resource distribution type is not nearly the same:Eastern Plain, low mountains and hills, the central region of plain and plateau, plateau, western area of basin and mountain; so in the land resource sustainable development planning should be treated differently. The eastern region soil combination of water and heat conditions better, conducive to agriculture, relying on geographical advantages and natural resources conditions, more suitable for the development of efficient ecological agriculture; middle area combination of water and heat conditions in general, suitable for the development of ecological agriculture, part of the combination of water and heat better area to develop efficient agriculture, the central region is a transitional region, ecological environment is very important to protect the western region; the combination of water and heat condition is poorer, illumination is enough, in most areas of drought and water shortage, ecological agriculture development should suit one’s measures to local conditions, In the suitable trees and grass where the trees and grass. Maintain the existing environment, restore the damaged ecological environment, increase investment of science and technology, vigorously develop the water-saving ecological agriculture, individual regions of the combination of water and heat good area to develop efficient agriculture. In short, the scientific and rational allocation of land resources in China, steadily advance a city to change, industrialization and new rural construction; the land improvement, scientific farming land consolidation and land as the job is heavy; the protection of the ecological environment sustainable development; in this situation the China’s land resources can develop sustainable.
