Sustainable Utilization Of Land Resources Evaluation And Countermeasures Research In Chongqing

With the emergence of various land-use issues and the deepening of sustainabledevelopment theory, the research of sustainable use of land resources was alsoincreasing in China. The paper evaluated the sustainable level of use of land resourcesin Chongqing and gave the countermeasures through the literature research, statisticalanalysis, empirical analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis.The paper analyzed and solved problems comprehensively and objectively basedon the sustainable development theory, system theory and person relations theory.Sustainable land use could be seen as an expansion of the theory of sustainabledevelopment in the field of land, as a system, sustainable land use had the features ofintegrality, hierarchy and openness, the paper researched the problems from theinternal,the external,the overall and the partial of sustainable land use system,the threetheories supported the constructure of the paper.First of all, the paper summarized the related concepts and theories of sustainableland use through the literature research, mainly included the basic connotation,the mainfactors and target of sustainable land use, and the three theories related to the paper.Then analyzed the conditions and status of Chongqing land use through the empiricalanalysis and statistical analysis, according to the conditions and the status ofsustainable land use in Chongqing, analyzed the productivity and structure of land use,natural disasters, land policy and other related issues.Secondly, the paper constructed evaluation index system based on the principles ofsustainable land use evaluation index system of building, the reference of other expertsand scholars, combined with the feature of the region of Chongqing. The evaluationindex system was divided into three levels,which was the target layer, criterion layerand index layer, they included21representative indicators. On the choice of evaluationmethods, the paper was to consider the overall and details, and determined the indexweights with the entropy weight method.Finally, the paper calculated the sustainable utilization of sustainable land use inChongqing by means of weighted function.The paper used two aspects ofevaluation,which were the multi-angle single index evaluation and the comprehensiveevaluation at the same time,added the analysis of system coordination. On the basisof above analysis, to promote sustainable land use in Chongqing to deal with several relations was proposed, and also the countermeasures.Paper studies had shown that the level of sustainable land use in Chongqing kept aweak sustainable stage, rising significantly,and had a good coordination of the systemfrom2008to2012. The main problems of the sustainable land use in Chongqingincluded low productivity of farmland, blind expansion of construction land, naturaldisaster, and land management system was not perfect.The government should raise thelevel of sustainable land use in Chongqing from the angle of population, nature,economy, system of cultivated land, plan and policy.The research of the paper enriched the theory of sustainable land use system andresearch methods, and provided a good reference for the research of sustainable land usein other areas.
