The State-owned Enterprise Culture Construction Under The Guidance Of Scientific Concept Of Development Research

With the continuous development of Chinese socialist market economy, the importanceof Chinese state-owned enterprises in Chinese national economic and social development ismore and more outstanding. How to make the state-owned enterprises of our country tohealthily and orderly develop, adapt them to the challenge of globalization, the integration ofthe world economy and cope with the market competition has already become an outstandingproblem. And the development of enterprises abroad tells us that the enterprise culture hasgreat impetus for the development of enterprises. In our country, however, state-ownedenterprises are not just as one wish in the building of enterprise culture. There are much moreimprovements.This article is carried out under the background of above statement. The article is dividedinto four parts. The first part briefly introduces the purpose and significance of this study andthe related research background. The second part discusses the general study on theconstruction of our country state-owned enterprise corporate culture.The third part discussesthe question in Shanxi Guoxin limited company as a case,not only analyzes the existingprocess of cultural construction of state-owned enterprises in our country, but also tries to putforward some solutions. The fourth part is the conclusion, which briefly summarizes the mainpoints of this paper.In this paper using the methods of investigation, literature method, interview method,inductive method and in the course of the study try to make the research with objectivity andscience.Hope this research can provide some help to the construction of state-owned enterpriseculture of Chinese state-owned enterprises to arouse the attention to corporate culture, andactively promote the construction of the enterprise culture to establish a good foundation forthe development of enterprises.
