In this dissertation, it takes the practical strategies of constructing the learning organization in Chinese state-owned enterprises under the background of socialist market economy as the research theme. And it also takes the relationship between constructioning learning organization and the core capability of the enterprise as the principal line. Then it researches the practical strategies of constructing the learning organization in the state-owned enterprises from the two dimensions of theoretical and quantitative model analysis level.The thesis consists of eight chapters. Chapter1is the introduction of the whole dissertation. This chapter briefly illustrates the necessity and feasibility for the state-owned enterprises to draw on the experience of the western theory in the constructing the learning organization during the economic regime transformation. It also introduces the fundamental problems to be solved, the basic thoughts and research methods, the main contents and frame structure of the dissertation. Chapter2is the theoretical foundation of the whole dissertation. This chapter mainly includes the literature review and the evaluation of the relevant research, and it also involves the definition of the relevant concepts and the inspiration about the construction of the learning organization, etc.Chapter3and Chapter4is the key to the whole dissertation. Chapter3is starting with the definition of the relationship between constructing the learning organization and improving the core capability by the state-owned enterprise. It discusses in detail the relationship above from four dimensions of learning organization construction and technical abilities of state-owned enterprises, human capital, management capabilities and corporation culture construction by the intentions, status quo and problems of the four dimensions respectively. On the basis of Chapter3, Chapter4starts with interpreting the elements of constructing learning organization by state-owned enterprise, mission and vision, leadership, knowledge transformation, team and co-operation and culture innovation. It interprets the constructing learning organization practical strategies of state-owned enterprise in details from two dimensions of the system struction and the development process of state-owned enterprise. The system structure dimension includes mainly four levels-corporate decision-making, management, operation and staff, while the development process includes four stages of establishment, development, maturity and decline of state-owned enterprise.Chapter5and Chapter6is the core of the whole dissertation. In the basis of theoretical research on the constructing learning organization practical strategies of state-owned enterprise, the two chapters do mathematical model analysis on the practical strategies by the use of game theory and optimization theory. Chapter5analyzes the effectiveness in practical strategies of learning organization construction inside the state-owned enterprise by the game theory. Chapter6compares and analyzes the effectiveness in practical strategies of learning organization construction outside the state-owned enterprise from the micro perspective.Chapter7is a case study, which takes Beijing Tong Ren Tang (Group) Co., Ltd. as a typical case and conducts specific analysis on the practical strategies of learning organization construction in the state-owned enterprise, applying the theoretical framework and analytical model mentioned above.Chapter8is the summarized point of the whole dissertation. On the basis of a brief summary of the main conclusions of the thesis, this chapter offers a prospective outlook on issues needed to be further explored in depth of this dissertation.
