With the rapid development of global economic integration, international operations have become enterprises in the new era of survival and development of key initiatives. But in recent years, with the international financial crisis continue to spread, becoming more severe export situation of domestic plus international market more competitive, private enterprises in Zhejiang how to grasp opportunities for development, give full play to their strengths, exploring its own characteristics the international business model, has become a subject of great practical significance.In this paper, private enterprises in Zhejiang’s international business model for the study of topics, starting with the traditional enterprise internationalization theories begin by analyzing the existing domestic and foreign scholars of international business-to-business research, collate and analyze the business motives of international operations, path and mode theory. Then one of the three modes, respectively, the establishment of overseas marketing agencies, transnational mergers and reverse OEM model thorough analysis and research, dig three modes of strategic characteristics, development process and the advantages and disadvantages of contrast. Establishment of overseas marketing agency is the most important domestic enterprises operating overseas mode, with stable sales channels, independent control prices, get accurate feedback from the market and other advantages, also has a high cost, talent hard to find, difficult to open up channels of trade barriers and disadvantages. Cross-border mergers and acquisitions in recent years, private enterprises in Zhejiang transnational operations as a new way to quickly gain market share gain, reduce trade friction, access to production technology and the art of management, but there are affected by the host country, cultural conflicts and valuation difficulties and other risks. Reverse OEM Zhejiang Wanxiang Group to create a new international business model, with cost savings, to make up for their own deficiencies and improve core competitiveness advantages, but also has its administration more difficult, increasing financial risks and other disadvantages.On the three typical cases were selected to enhance the scientific and practicality of this article, through the Cornell Group, Wanxiang Group and Geely Group Zhejiang private enterprises these three international case analysis, including its international motivation, development process, mode selection and other advantages and disadvantages. Through three different modes described separately and combined contrast, summarized the three common international business model and strategic differences. Finally, based on the development of private enterprises in Zhejiang Province, the status and the background of the financial crisis spread through various international business model for comparative analysis of other private enterprises in Zhejiang international practice to provide valuable experience in international business model of choice to provide strategies and recommendations.
