After the second world war, with the rapid development of science andtechnology, the world’s companies significantly expand the scope of activities.Especially developed traffic and communication means of surprise, we now live inthe era of globalization. Trade liberalization, the influence of all kinds of goods andinformation and human resources cross national borders, free exchange will not onlymake the resources of the border barriers to mobile phenomenon and even eliminated.Since the1980s, economic integration is to speed up the pace of economicexchanges between the countries further deepen mutual cooperation andinterdependence relations, with the international division of labor system. Open at thesame time, information technology revolution and the national market, as the country,between enterprises competition is more and more fierce, at present, multinationalenterprises has been the main factors of international business activities.South Korea in China often say separated only by a strip of water. Because thetwo countries is the natural environment in the long history of east Asian cultures,race, language and thought and the development of system parts are consistent witheach other. This also is the enterprise aspect, so the organizational culture of the twocountries in the differences and similarities.Haier with samsung is on behalf of the two countries enterprises, development ofthe company’s history is the history of China and South Korea economic development,so to speak. Can be understood through the study of the two social and economicdevelopment process of the two countries and two countries of the enterprise culture.East Asia economy circle’s similar between the two countries in culture andcustoms in Korea. Therefore, both companies have similar operation and managementidea deep relationship development is established.
